Blink-182 Album Neighborhood & EP Dogs Eating Dogs

Blink-182 announces new album soon, almost a year after EP Dogs Eating Dogs got out. This would be the second album to come out after the "return" of the band, yes, in quotes, cause when Neighborhood came out at 2011, many of us thought it would be the last album by the comments they made​​.
Anyway, the point is that we gonna have Blink-182 for a while, it seems.
